Born in Bédarieux. Has spent most of his life dividing his time between his professional activities and his hobbies to synthesise on canvas his three passions: painting, music and astronomy.
In the sixties he founded 'Les Pélicans', a musical group.
He first moved from watercolour to pastel and, in the last few years, to acrylic so that his pictures can be light, deep and explosive.
He finds inspiration and creativity in his musical and pictorial world which has taken him near the 'silence of sources'.
Self-taught. A lover of modern art, he is particularly interested by colour and the preparation of the canvas.
He is now working in larger formats so that 'the space within the frame allows me total freedom to express my journey towards abstraction.'
